Gladwell's new book re-examines success. In brief, it says in order to be successful, you need to have talent, but also work incredibly hard, and have a lot of lucky opportunities. It also goes on a lengthy and in my eyes tenous examination of culture and how it relates to success (basically saying that we need to acknowledge culture to change the success-limiting facets of it).
Not necessarily a profound book, but entertaining enough, and a quick read.
